Meet  the Team

I'm currently a first-year in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences, majoring in psychology. While my expertise hasn't revolved around film, taking this opportuinity was fueled by my newly found interst for filmmaking along with my love for cameras. Since I've joined this year's PR team, I've been able to meet some of my fellow talented peers and learn more about the work that goes into an event like this. I look forward to seeing the result of our work and the success of the Kennessaw Film Festival!

I am Leihanna Smith, a dedicated Media and Entertainment major at the KSU School of Communication & Media. My passions for music, film and writing have fueled my career aspirations to work in the entertainment industry. Working with the Kennesaw Film Festival has allowed me to develop my talents and gain valuable experience alongside other talented individuals.

Hello! My name is Elisa Fajardo. I'm a first-year studying Interactive Design. My passion is to create content and video games throughout my college career. I am happy to have the opportunity to assist in the KSU Film Festival. I hope to use my creativy to promote the frstival to interested audiences and growing filmmakers. 

Madalynn is a freshman at KSU, majoring in Anthropology and minoring in Chinese.  She has aspirations of earning her doctorate and working full time in academia.

Originally from Florida, I'm currently a communications major at Kennesaw State University's Honors College. While I've had years of exeperience in the entertainment industry as an actor, joining the 2025 PR team has given me a new perspective of the industry from a production standpoint. I'm glad to have the opportunity to learn from my teammates and professor, and look forward to seeing our hard work pay off at the Kennesaw Film Festival
